Definitions
"Account" means collectively the personal information, Payment Information and credentials used by Users to access Material and / or any communications System on the Web Service;

"MatsSoft” means MatsSoft Limited, trading at Emerald Court, Pilgrim Centre, Brickhill Drive, Bedford MK41 7PZ;
"Service" means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that MatsSoft makes available through the Web Service either now or in the future;
"System" means any online communications infrastructure that MatsSoft makes available through the Web Service either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;
"User” / "Users" means any third party that accesses the Web Service and is not employed by MatsSoft and acting in the course of their employment; and
"Web Service" means the solution that you are currently using..

Any personal Data submitted will be retained by MatsSoft and not made available to any third party.
All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Data security is of great importance to MatsSoft and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online.

MatsSoft reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Web Service and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on the first use of the Web Service following the alterations.
