Barclaycard rollout MATS

MATS moves from successful pilot to rollout.

Mats was piloted in Barclaycard, to help manage their New Customer Acquisition activity, with the capability to automatically communicate with their business customers by SMS, email and the web on the status of their applications whilst keeping track of the customer pipeline.

A key objective was to reduce the number of applications that dropped out of the process before being completed. Retaining customer applications and seeing them through to successful completion clearly benefits both the customer and Barclaycard.

After a very successful pilot the decision was made to rollout MATS across New Customer Acquisition environment and provide the rest of the business with the same performance enhancing opportunities that are made available by using MATS.
